Where we ship from

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from China. We do not currently operate overseas warehouses.

Processing and delivery

Please allow time for order processing before dispatch. After dispatch, estimated delivery is typically 15–20 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary due to destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking events can take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier.

Shipping cost, duties, and taxes

We are working toward an all-inclusive, delivery-duty-paid shipping experience for eligible destinations. When duties and taxes are included, this will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout before you place your order. If an order is not eligible for an all-inclusive service, any applicable import charges will be shown or communicated before purchase where required.
