Where we ship from

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from China. We do not currently operate overseas warehouses.

Processing and delivery

Please allow time for order processing before dispatch. After dispatch, estimated delivery is typically 15–20 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary due to destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking events can take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier.

Shipping cost, duties, and taxes

Shipping terms shown on the product page or at checkout apply to your order. Unless a product page or checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included, the order price does not include import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other destination-country charges.

Where applicable, these charges are determined by the destination-country customs authority or carrier and may be collected before or upon delivery. The customer is responsible for such charges unless we clearly state otherwise before purchase.
